Meeting – 11/6/2003 Minutes
Chairman Welch called the meeting to order at 11:00 am. Sec. Fulton took the roll. Present was
Comm. Welch and Comm. Camardo. Comm. Brennan. absent.
Approve the minutes of the special meeting held on 10/2/03. Motion to accept made by Comm. Camardo, motion seconded by Comm. Welch. Motion carried 2-0.
New Business School District
New job duty statement received and reviewed. Classification title will be part time clerk. Motion to approve title made by Comm. Welch and seconded by Comm. Camardo. Motion carried 2-0.
Old Business Police Department
Discussion continued about the upcoming Police Chief and Deputy Police Chief exams. Discussion concerned the possibly of holding an open competitive with the promotional, or just open or just promotional. Special meeting set for November 13, 2003 with City Manager and Police Chief to continue this discussion.
Discussion of Bruce Ross and his title to be discussed at next meeting.
